You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information about your business. Any false or misleading details may result in suspension or removal of your listing.
2.2 Ownership
By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business.
2.3 Approval
We reserve the right to approve, edit, or reject any listing at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
3.1 Plans
Business Directories by RDC offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Plan details, pricing, and features are available on our website.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
Failure to pay will result in listing suspension.
Renewals are manual unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Post or promote illegal, offensive, or defamatory content
Use the directory for spam or misleading marketing
Copy, scrape, or republish listings without permission
Interfere with the website’s security or performance
5. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of your content (e.g., logos, photos)
By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for display, promotion, and backup purposes
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure may result in temporary downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of business, profits, or reputation from being listed (or not listed)
Errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information in business listings
Third-party issues including payment gateways or website integrations
Use of the service is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, design, layout, copy) is the property of Business Directories by RDC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Metro Manila.
